Management of IT services and projects Tamar has a master's degree in informatics from the Georgian Technical University. In the same university, she led the programming and web marking lecture courses. She has 10 years of IT project management experience in the private and public sector. She has international certificates of project management methodologies/frameworks: PSPO, PSM, Agile PM Foundation;
