Mariam Gobianidze - Visiting lecturer who oversees the undergraduate course in Georgian as a foreign language. Holding a master's degree in Georgian linguistics, Mariam Gobianidze is currently pursuing a doctorate in the same field. Her teaching engagements span across the University of Georgia and Tbilisi State University. With a keen interest in digital humanities and digital Kartvelian studies, Mariam Gobianidze has not only completed local and international courses in these domains but has also actively participated in international training sessions. Her commitment to advancing knowledge is evident through regular attendance at both local and international conferences and symposiums. Presently, Mariam Gobianidze is immersed in digital linguistics, focusing on digitally researching the English translations of "The Knight in the Panther’s Skin." This endeavor showcases her dedication to exploring the intersection of technology and linguistics in the realm of literary translation.
