Saba is a mentor of acceleration and grant programs at UG Startup Factory. He is a Ph.D. candidate in the field of management within the English language doctoral program of the Caucasus University. Master of Business Administration (MBA) of Ilia State University's English-language master's program in business administration. He received a bachelor's degree in management from Tbilisi State University - BBA. Saba has experience in leading business consulting and organizational development projects, both locally and internationally, including experience working with international non-governmental organizations. He is a strategic facilitator and international trainer (Erasmus+). He also has 4 years of experience of conducting lectures in different Georgian higher education institutions.
