Iza Gigauri - holds a doctorate degree in business administration from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, a master's degree from the Business School Netherlands (Netherlands), a master's degree from the American University for Humanities Tbilisi campus and a bachelor's degree from Ilia State University, she has received additional qualifications from Ruhr-University Bochum (Germany). She has published more than 80 peer-reviewed papers, books and book chapters, and participated in numerous international conferences. She is a scientific committee member and keynote speaker at academic conferences, a guest editor, an editorial board member and a reviewer at international scientific journals. She has several years of practical experience and ten years of teaching experience at all three levels of higher education. She is an expert, opponent and supervisor of Doctoral dissertations and Master’s theses. She won a number of prestigious international scholarships and grants.
