Prof. Dr. Iza Gigauri received her Ph.D. in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands and an MBA (with the highest honor) from American University for Humanities Tbilisi Campus (Georgia). She is a graduate of Ilia State University in Georgia (with the highest honor) and Ruhr-University Bochum in Germany (with the highest honor). She has more than 12 years of experience in higher education. Her research interests include CSR, marketing, sustainability, entrepreneurship, HRM, and digitalization. She has published over 100 scientific publications in the form of articles, books, book chapters, and contributions to proceedings. She participated in around 50 international academic conferences, was a keynote speaker seven times, and is a scientific committee member at 15 international conferences. She collaborates with leading academic publishers as a reviewer, editorial board member, and guest editor. She is a member of professional and research networks at the international level. Prof. Dr. Iza Gigauri won a number of prestigious international scholarships and research grants. In 2024, she was awarded for her contribution to the development of science.
