Nikoloz Kavtaradze experience Nikoloz has 18 years long experience in the fields of Defence and Security of Georgia. His main areas of interest include Defence and Security architecture, Hybrid Warfare, NATO, National Resilience, Intelligence Led Policing and Crisis Management. Nikoloz served in Georgian Armed Forces. In 2014-2017, he worked at the State Security and Crisis Management Council, in various positions, including as a head of the Department of Defence Affairs. In 2015, he held the position of the head of the Department of Defence Policy and Planning in the Ministry of Defence. In 2017-2018, he worked as the head of the Department of the Information and Analysis at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in 2019-2022, he was the Ministry's representative (liaison officer) to NATO HQ and European Commission, and Police Attaché to the Kingdom of Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Education In 2022, Nikoloz received MA from Free University of Brussels (ULB) in International Politics, with a degree of Magna Cum Laude. He has attended many courses and trainings on defence and security issues. Among them, "Programme on Applied Security Studies", Germany (2016); "Multi-agency Commander's Course", UK (2016); "International Staff Officer Course", Slovakia (2009).
