Magda Machavariani - Invited Lecturer – delivers lectures of child psychotherapeutic methods. She has got MA in English Language & Literature from Tbilisi State University, and MA in Psychology from St. Andrew the First-Called Georgian University. Magda Machavariani is an EAGT accredited Gestalt Therapist, EMDR therapist, Trauma-informed expressive arts therapist, EAGT accredited Gestalt trainer, Wellbeing, Self-Care & Psychotherapy effectiveness Researcher, SPR member and Country Coordinator, Psychotherapy Research international group member, the cofounder, codirector and trainer of V. Oaklander Gestalt Play Therapy Institute in Georgia and the cofounder and codirector of Georgian-American Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. She has completed the international training program in gestalt therapy of the Georgian National Gestalt Institute, the gestalt play therapy training program of the West Coast Institute for Gestalt Therapy with Children & Adolescents (CA, USA) and the gestalt therapy with adolescents training program of Blackfort Adolescent Gestalt Institute (Ireland), etc. Magda Machavariani has years practice and experience of working in management and psychotherapy, developing and delivering training programs.
