Before the implementation of different projects on Human Rights, I psychologically assist individuals in need; make expertise, and advises on the rehabilitation of street children and victims of violence. As part of the job, I prepare reports, presentations make oral speeches collect and analyze information for a particular project, conduct research. I psychologically easily adjust to the new working atmosphere, relate easily to co-workers and the team. As well as handle stressful situations in the workplace. Completed each of my course projects in advance of the deadline through my degree while also working on my Ph.D. Problem Solving and Decision Making May effectively evaluate a range of solutions or options. Interpersonal Skills: Competent networker, able to talk to people on different levels and quickly establish rapport, developed as a skill through involvement with extra-curricular activities. Communication: Proficient speaker, accustomed to make presentations in front of an audience. Used to make presentations to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong command of the English language and good language skills in German too with the ability to deliver information clearly and concisely and produce a high level of written academic work as reflected in one of my published works in peer-review academic journals (see the attachment). Research and Analysing: May collect data systematically from a range of sources and perspectives. Make a summary of information or data, distinguishing the main relevant information or key issues. IT: Computer literature and proficient in using main Microsoft Office applications (windows, word, excel, PowerPoint, SPSS) as well as more specialized software including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating professional-looking publicity materials.
