Ekaterine Lomtadze is a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Georgia, where she leads the Court Proceedings Monitoring Clinic. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Central European University (Hungary) and Columbia University (United States). She has extensive professional experience in public institutions, non-governmental organizations, and international development programs, with a focus on human rights protection and improving the quality of justice. Ms. Lomtadze has taught at Tbilisi Free University and Ilia State University, and has substantial experience in training judges and judicial assistants. She is the author of several research papers and articles and has served as editor of multiple textbooks and practical guides on human rights and constitutional litigation.
