I am a psychologist, child and parent consultant, and invited lecturer. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Child and Parent Counseling Psychology. My professional work combines psychological practice with children, adolescents, and parents, academic teaching, and continuous professional development. My main professional interests include child and adolescent development, developmental norms, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), parent counseling, and working with children with special educational needs. I am particularly interested in connecting psychological knowledge with real-world practice and integrating evidence-based approaches into everyday professional work. As a lecturer, I value student-centered, interactive, and practice-oriented education. I use case analysis, teamwork, research and practical assignments, discussions, and contemporary educational technologies to help students connect theoretical knowledge with real-life professional contexts. I am also involved in professional initiatives focused on the development and implementation of CBT for children and adolescents in Georgia. My goal is to continue developing my professional and academic expertise while contributing to the advancement of psychological education and evidence-based practice.
