Mariam Janjaria, PHRi – Head of the Human Capital Department of the University of Georgia, the author and the head of the Master Program of Human Capital Management and Digital Transformation. She is HRCI Certified HR Professional with 15 years of experience in supervising all HR functions. She has hands-on experience working with international vendors. Mariam Janjaria has exceptional knowledge and outstanding ability to maintain ISO 9001:2015 and other advanced quality system standards for products and services. Mariam Janjaria is a Master of Social Sciences and a current Ph.D. Student of Business Administration (Human Resources Management). She holds diplomas and certificates in HRM, Talent Management, Employee Rights, and Research in Higher Education from the European School of Economics, The University of Minnesota, the University of Buckingham, Nebraska Lincoln University, etc. Ms. Janjaria delivers lectures in Human Resources Management and Change Management for undergraduate and master-level students. She is the co-author of scientific publications.
