Elza nikoleishvili- Doctor of Medicine, MD. PhD. With 13 years of experience in Pediatrics. In 2014-2019, she was the Head of the Pharmacy Department, Associate Professor of the School of Health Sciences at the University of Georgia. Since 2021, she has been a professor, Head of the Residency in Medicine. She still direct the undergraduate and graduate programs in Pharmacy. She has lecture courses in pharmacology, clinical pharmacology, pharmaceutical care and clinical pharmacy, also has been engaged in scientific-pedagogical work for years. She has patented works in Healthcare education filed. Her current scientific-practical interest is focused on the introduction of patient-oriented pharmaceutical care paradigm, development of clinical pharmacy and pharmacovigilance in Georgia and healthcare education as well. Professor Elsa Nikoleishvili is actively involved in scientific research in Public Health, has active doctoral (PhD) students who work in Oral Health, Primary Care and other active fields; She actively participates in educational and professional activities and trainings in Georgia and internationally. She herself is the author of short-term continuous educational courses. Currently, she is working on the creation and accreditation of the Doctoral Program in Medicine. She is the author of more than twenty scientific publications.
