Maia Gogashvili – since 2012 Head, Nursing Department, School of Health Sciences and Public Health of the University of Georgia. Has PhD degree in Public Health. Has years of experience in: development and implementation of degree curricula in nursing; management and coordination of local and international projects; development and teaching of nursing materials; as well as expert advisory work. She leads Georgian and English language Bachelor’s degree courses in nursing. Ms. Gogashvili has completed post-master Teaching program at Emory University (Atlanta, USA). She has actively participated in many international meetings related to Nursing and Health Care Management.
