Bio –Natia Landia Natia Landia –The head of the Department of Medicine at University of Georgia. She leads in the University the courses of: 1. Bioethics and Medical Law (English program) 2. Healthcare Services and Organization. Also she leads as well the course of Organizational Behavior at the Ilia State University for the Master Degree students of Business Administration. She holds professional trainings in the Caucasus University as well concerning the Management of Health Quality and Hospital Management. She is a Doctor –a specialist of Critical Medicine and Intensive Care (MD –Medical Doctor). She has a Master Degree in the field of Healthcare Administration (MHA) done in University of Georgia and she is a PhD student of the Business Administration School of Ilia State University in the Field of Healthcare Policy and Management. She frequented courses of the Management of Public and Penitential Healthcare in Spain, Netherlands and France. She had also actively participated in local and international conferences dedicated to medical education. (Hungary, Germany, South Korea, Austria, Poland). She has a big experience of many years in Clinical sphere, Healthcare Administration, Medical education, defending Human Rights and Management of Human resources not only private but in public sector as.
