Ana Chkheidze – Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor, affiliated at the UG School of Art and Humanities. She is the author of scientific articles. She has participated in international, republic and local conferences. She has completed international training courses: Communication Didactics and Intercultural Communications, Research Methods, Modern Technologies in Education, Teaching strategies, English in Politics, Diplomacy and International Relations. The member of UNESCO partner organization - International Federation of Language Teacher Associations (FIPLV) and Multilingual Association of Georgia (MAG). At the University of Georgia she teaches practical and theoretical courses in both – Georgian and English language programs. She also delivers academic exam courses, such as: IELTS and TOEFL. She has sixteen years’ experience of working as a lecturer in different universities and has many years of experience working as an interpreter-translator as well. She also owns a variety of methods for teaching English language and has different certifications. She is distinguished with active and energetic work and innovations.
