Tamta Chitaladze - has a Ph.D. degree in Public Health and a degree of Master of Healthcare Management, Diploma with Honours at the University of Georgia, has completed a 1-year distance Master's degree course in Hospital Administration and Strategic Management (Grenoble, Uniman). She has completed postgraduate studies in dental surgery and prosthodontics at the Tbilisi Medical Academy. She graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University with Honours and was awarded the Doctor in Dentistry academic degree. She has received state certificates in surgical and therapeutic dentistry. She has experience in pedagogical activities in the field of dentistry (TSU; UG) and has completed additional training courses: "Effective Adult Education", "Healthcare-Associated Infection Control in Dentistry"; International standard certified training in medical management; PhD course in Clinical Epidemiology; "Human Rights and Health Care"; "State Obligations of Dental Clinics and Issues of Administrative Proceedings"; She is a participant and speaker at scientific conferences and has published publications; She has experience in human resources management, organizational development, leadership and general management in the field of practical work, scientific work, consulting, training and workshops, managing University simulation-practical laboratories and University Dental Clinic; All the above gives competence to Tamta Chitaladze, to lead the lecture courses provided by the Therapeutic Dentistry program.
