Irma Mesiridze is the Doctor of Humanities with 18 years of academic experience. Her academic experience comprises delivering lectures in English and Georgian languages at all levels of tertiary education. Irma Mesiridze is an Affiliated Associate Professor Doctor at International Black Sea University, Professor at International University of management and communication, Invited Associate Professor at Georgian university and former Associate Professor Doctor at Georgian National University SEU. Irma has participated in international projects. She was an academic staff in international projects such as TEMPUS (MAHATMA) and Univer-Sea.Net. As a trainer, Irma was involved in implementing Creative Spark: Higher Education Enterprise Programme which is 5 years initiative supported by UK and Teacher Professional Development Opportunities project organized by International Black Sea University. For the last 10 years she published more than 23 articles in English language. She actively participates in annual international conferences. Irma supervises students for their BA, MA and PhD research and thesis writing.
