Bisser Kozlev was born on 27.06.1969, in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Arch Bisser Kozlev has earned Masters of Architecture from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia.
In 2002, after winning a competition for an assistant position at the same University, Arch. Kozlev became part of the academic staff of Department of Public Buildings. Part of Arch. Kozlev’s tasks was preparing assignments for the design of student projects within the course of training of the Department of Public Buildings, working with students on the preparation of regular projects in the topic of public buildings, as well analysing the prepared diploma projects and submitting a reviews to the State Diploma Commission etc.
In the period 2008 – 2014 the professional development of arch. Kozlev took him to the sphere of managing high-budget projects outside Bulgaria.
After his return in 2014, he develop his academic career, succeeding in the short term to prepare and subsequently defend his PHD Thesis on "Architecture of Diplomacy". His theoretical knowledge and the command of several foreign languages provided him with a place among the Erasmus + tutors with foreign students.
During his studies, Bisser Kozlev has prepared projects and attended courses: History of world architecture, History of Bulgarian architecture, Interior and design in architecture, urban design, Industrial buildings, Residential buildings, Public buildings and make own research in topic Architecture for Diplomacy.
