Onisime Tskhomelidze – Invited Lecturer in International Humanitarian Law. He holds a Ph.D. degree in International Law (TSU), an LL.M. with Honours (TSU) and an LL.M. degree with Merit from the University of Edinburgh. In addition, he is an invited lecturer at Tbilisi State University. Currently, Onisime holds the position of Legal Advisor at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), previously he worked as a detention field officer at the ICRC. Onisime is a member of the Georgian Bar Association (general specialization lawyer), is listed as an Assistant to Counsel at the International Criminal Court (ICC) and is an associate member of the International Criminal Court Bar Association. Onisime worked as a “Refugees and Migration” Program Director at the United Nations Association of Georgia (UNAG) in 2016-2018 and as a lawyer from 2014 to 2016.
