Irina Gurgenashvili holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Master's degree in International Relations from Ilia State University. In the year 2021, she successfully completed The Management of Actual or Potential Aggression Foundation Program (MAPA) at the Crisis Prevention Institute in Manchester, United Kingdom. Additionally, she has successfully undertaken three specialized courses provided by the Scottish Government: Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Challenging Behavior, and Adult Support and Protection. Irina Gurgenashvili currently holds the position of Executive Director at Gnomon Wise, an independent research institute affiliated with the University of Georgia. Her extensive professional experience spans six years in the field of research.
