Alexander Rakviashvili – Professor. Teaching courses: Law and economics, Economics. The PhD degree has been obtained at Moscow State University, Faculty of Economics. The main direction of the research concerns monetary policy and its impact on economic growth and inequality. Also the area of his interests includes the evolution of the state and the influence of different types of legitimacy on rights and liberties of the people. He has published articles in international peer-reviewed journales.
