Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for an administrative assistant position in one of the companies.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparation of offers, contracts, acceptance-handover acts, invoices and other similar documents for the client's clients (including in English);
- Preparation of tender documentation and uploading as necessary;
- Acceptance of the client following established procedures;
- Controlling the client's debt and informing relevant persons;
- Monitoring and supporting employees in various administrative matters.
Main requirements:
- Work experience in the administrative direction will be considered an additional advantage;
- Knowledge of English language is mandatory;
- Knowledge of computer office programs (MS Word, MS Excel).

- Organized;
- Detail-oriented;
- Ability to effectively manage time;
- Ability to think analytically and logically;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Effective communication skills.
Working Conditions:
- Location: I. Tarkhnishvili #2, Vere Business Center.
- Working hours: full time 09:00 - 18:00, Monday – Friday.
