Compensation: 500 GEL / month (Net / take-home pay)

Work Schedule: Flexible / Individual, tailored around lectures and exam schedules (Standard office hours: Monday – Friday, 09:30 – 18:30)

Office Location: 2a Al. Kazbegi Ave. / 34 Pekini Ave., Tbilisi
Role & Responsibilities
The intern will participate in monitoring the legal documentation and internal processes across the Holding's group of companies:

Reviewing and administering contracts (uploading and tracking documents in software, database maintenance).

Monitoring contract expiration dates and renewal timelines.

Tracking and ensuring the proper execution of contractual obligations.

Providing timely updates to responsible company personnel regarding contract terms and obligation statuses.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Law or Business Administration.

Experience: Prior experience or competencies in business analysis or operations will be considered an advantage.

Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Language Skills: B2-level proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
