Application Administrator

 Senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for an application administrator position at one of the leading companies.

 

Main responsibilities:

·         Analyze incoming requests for process and code compliance;

·         Appropriate response to requests according to the results of the research:

§  Customer support in resolving incidents caused by inappropriate actions by the user;

§  Update the data in accordance with the relevant security rules in case of necessity;

§  Transfer the incident to the appropriate link to resolve and record it (developers, system administrators, database administrators, etc.) in case of necessity;

§  Gather relevant required information before transferring cases and add to request details.

·         Report the identified incident in an agreed manner to the appropriate staff (problem / incident management);

·         Involvement in project / change planning-implementation processes to determine the impact of change on business processes;

·         Study and feedback of bypasses developed by the ba/testers of the defects identified as a result of testing;

·         Product Configurator support and product management according to business requirements;

·         Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that the support system works effectively;

·         Processing requests transferred to AppSupport through the support portal according to the procedures and the relevant agreement;

·         Report incoming claims in a generalized agreed form.

Main requirements:

·         Education in Informational technologies is desirable;

·         Work experience with the system platform (Microsoft IIS, Apache Tomcat);

·         Knowledge of programming language (C #, JavaScript);

·         General knowledge of database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle);

·         Work experience with banking applications is desirable;

·         Ability to quickly identify and eliminate the problem;

·         analytical thinking;

·         Detail-oriented;

·         Ability to work effectively with the team;

·         Professional development-oriented.
