Balance System Engineer
9 November 2020

 MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for a balance tech specialist position at one of the business consulting companies.

Main responsibilities:

·         Installation of operating systems, software products, including 1C software installation in local, client server and cloud environments;

·         Maintenance, management and monitoring of installed operating systems and environment. Properly structure the management process;

·         Monitor the application and SQL servers proactively;

·         Ongoing communication with developers and other IT teams to prevent identified potential threats, detailing and managing work to be performed;

·         Communicate with customers, consult technical details as needed, and install systems in the customer environment, including 1C software;

·         Write and implement policies for backup, monitoring;

·         Develop systems needed for process automation.

Main requirements:

·         At least 3 years of experience working as a system engineer (administrator);

·         Work experience with MS Windows servers, work experience with monitoring systems;

·         Technical knowledge and work experience of 1C software will be preferred;

·         Experience working with Linux operating system will be considered as an advantage;

·         Work experience with web servers; (apache; IIS).
