Senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for A Specialist in documenting business processes position in the company - "Oppa".
Main responsibilities:
· Management of identification and accounting of current business processes in the company;
· Develop a plan for documenting business processes;
· Collection and analysis of information related to business processes;
· Documenting the business process and preparing relevant visual images;
· Agreement of processed and documented business processes with related structural units;
· Documenting, approving, and informing related persons of the business process;
· Respond to violations discovered because of monitoring the performance of business processes;
· Periodic review and update of documented processes;
· Preparation, verification, approval, and notification of related persons of change orders of documented processes;
· Record of approved processes and relevant changes;
· Electronic and physical archive control of documented processes;
· Prepare and submit reports related to the completed work to the head of the structural unit.
Main requirements:
· At least 6 months of experience working with documents (preferably in the direction of process management/documentation)
· Knowledge of office programs at a high level;
· It is necessary to know Visio, Lucid chart, or other program for assembling business processes at the basic level;
· Ability to write correctly in Georgian;
· Preferably, a graduate student in the direction of business administration, management, process management;
· Knowledge of the English language is desirable.
