American Chamber of Commerce seeks Financial Manager and Accountant
Job Description:
The American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) in Georgia is looking for a new financial manager and accountant. It is a fairly varied position that includes general accounting and a pretty high level of budget planning and management accounting. It also has the great advantage that you will engage extensively with some of Georgia`s most influential and interesting business people, and so can be great for professional development generally.
Responsibilities:
- Daily account keeping, record keeping and regular reporting
- Management of payables and receivables
- Management of all bank and cash operations
- Tax and pensions declarations to the government
- Management accounting, financial planning and financial management
- Development of annual budget for Board and membership approval
- Non accounting
- Contracting for employees, members and clients
- Registration of Executive and Board
- Oversee annual financial audit
Required skills/experience:
- good English speaking and professional English writin
- fluent Georgian speakers
- good knowledge of IFRS
- 5 years experience working as an accountant and financial manager
Remuneration:
- Net salary of 3000-4500 GEL Gross, depending on experience and qualifications
