Your main duties will be:

• Providing information to students and other interested persons about study programs, enrollments,     tuition fees, duration of studies
• Eliminating problems created during lectures, changing the audience as needed
• Making statements for foreign and local students, verifying payments
• Reply to e-mail and messages received in the UG system
• Performing other tasks of the service

Qualifications we require

• Higher education in the direction of business
• Experience in the mentioned direction is desirable
• Verbal and written communication, listening and presentation skills in English are mandatory
• Knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel)

Working Conditions

• Working time: 8 hours
