Qualification Requirements
- German language proficiency at a minimum of C1 level.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering customer calls and providing appropriate assistance.
- Assessing at the end of each conversation whether an additional package or offer could be recommended to the customer.
