Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of HR intern in the direction of training management in one of the companies.

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in training planning;
• Communication with involved parties;
• Involvement in the management of Palitra Academy's social channels;
• preparation of legal documents;
• preparation of small cognitive resources;
• Participation in the post-training evaluation.

Main requirements:

• 3rd or 4th year student in labor and organizational psychology or business administration is preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Internship period - 6 months, paid.
• In case of successful completion of the 6-month internship period, the candidate will have the opportunity to be employed in the human capital management department of Palitra Holding.
• The selected candidate will have support in studies.
