Internship in HR Department - Unpaid

Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for an intern position in HR department at one of the companies.

Main responsibilities:

·         Evaluate job;

·         Motivate personnel;

·         Strategic activities;

·         Mediate between group members.

Main requirements:

·         Education in human resource field;

·         Knowledge of MS Office is desirable (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Skills and abilities:

·         Ability to communicate effectively;

·         Academic and creative writing skills;

·         Analytical thinking;

·         Time management skill;

·         Ability to react quickly and make decisions.

 

Personal characteristics:

·         Motivated;

·         Organized;

·         Diligence;

·         Punctual;

·         Have sense of responsibility;

·         Communicable.

Work type – Flexible; unpaid.

Internship period – 1-3 month.
