MJ Management LLC was established in Georgia on September 4, 2023, with the purpose of providing efficient and results-oriented legal services to insurance companies operating in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities

Handling civil and administrative cases;

Providing legal consultations to clients;
-
Providing legal support for the company's operations;

Representing clients in court proceedings;
-
Managing settled cases;
-
Communicating and coordinating with the National Bureau of Enforcement.
Requirements
-
Higher education in Law;
-
Membership in the Georgian Bar Association — required;
-
At least 1 year of relevant work experience;
-
Experience representing clients in court;
-
Experience handling civil and administrative matters;
-
Knowledge of insurance law; experience in this field will be considered an advantage;

Proficiency in standard office software;
-
Strong legal writing skills;
-
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher; knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.

Compensation and Employment Conditions
Selected candidates will complete a two-week internship. Upon successful completion of the internship, a six-month probationary period will be established, during which the candidate will receive a fixed salary.
Following successful completion of the probationary period, eligible employees will additionally be offered a performance-based bonus system.
