Students and graduates of the University of Georgia have the opportunity to apply for a Junior Sales Manager position at one of the insurance companies operating in Georgia.
Main Responsibilities
- Developing knowledge of and selling insurance products designed for small and medium-sized businesses;
- Identifying potential small and medium-sized businesses and companies, and arranging meetings to introduce them to the company's insurance products;
- Preparing daily sales reports.
Key Requirements
- Higher education and/or currently enrolled in the final year of university studies;
- Previous work experience in sales or customer service is preferred;
- Knowledge of a foreign language will be considered an advantage;
- Basic proficiency in office software and practical experience using it.
Essential Skills
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent organizational skills.
