Main responsibilities:
- Assisting in drafting contracts, modifications, attachments, etc;
- Researching changes in relevant areas of law and briefing the team;
- Assisting the team with processing our clients’ legal residency applications, real estate transactions, business registrations, etc;
- Assisting our team on legal and other matters.
Main requirements:
- A third- or fourth-year law student, or a recent law graduate, with the desire and willingness to learn;
- General computer skills;
- Excellent written & verbal English.

- Good teamwork and time management;
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Detail orientation.
Working Conditions:
- Location: 35 Lavrenti Ardaziani street, Saburtalo, Tbilisi, Georgia, 0160;
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 18:00;
- Salary: 650 GEL per month, gross.
