Main responsibilities:
- Researching changes in relevant areas of law and briefing the team.
- Assisting the team with processing our clients’ legal residency applications, real estate transactions, business registrations, etc.
- Assisting in drafting contracts, modifications, attachments, etc.
- Accompanying the clients to the Public Service Hall, Revenue Service, commercial banks, and notary bureaus, and helping them with applications and registrations as well as with communications with Georgian-speaking persons.
- Preparing information and documents for the meetings and submissions indicated above.
- Following up with updates on the status of applications and registrations.
- Handling client communications via email and/or phone.
- Assisting our team on legal and customer-related other matters.
Main requirements:
- A fourth-year law student, or a recent law graduate, with the desire and willingness to learn.
- General computer skills.
- Excellent written & verbal English.
- B2 level (or higher) English certificate will be considered as an advantage.
Personal competencies and skills:
- Good teamwork and time management.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Detail orientation.
