Office Secretary

 Senior year students, MA Students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for an office Secretary position at one of the start-up businesses.

Main responsibilities:

·         Maintain diaries and arranging appointments;

·         Type, prepare and collating reports;

·         Answer calls, take messages and handle correspondence;

·         Organize and servicing meetings;

·         Prioritize workloads;

·         Implement new procedures and administrative systems;

·         Logging or processing bills or expenses.

Main requirements:

·         Knowledge of English language;

·         Knowledge of MS Office;

·         1-year work experience.

Additional details:

·         Salary 400 GEL;

·         Full-time Employment;

·         Qualified future-employee must undergo 2 weeks of training and observation, before employment decision, and signing employment agreement;
