Call Center Operator

Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of call center operator in one of the companies.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Conducting telephone sales and offering products to customers;
  • Market / customer demand research;
  • Processing, formation and filling of the telephone base;
  • Daily monitoring of orders.

 

Main requirements:

  • higher education / student;
  • Experience working in a call center is desirable (in the position of sales manager);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office.

 

Personal competencies and skills:

  • Sociable;
  • Ability to adapt to the environment;
  • Ability to quickly analyze information.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Working schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00-20:00; Two Saturdays a month, 11:00-16:00;
  • Part-time work is possible.
  • Location: T. Iosebidze st. 49.
