Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of registrar in one of the companies.

Main responsibilities:

• Registration of the patient in the appropriate program;
• Opening the ambulatory card and filling in the information in accordance with the predetermined rule;
• Archiving opened ambulatory cards in the registration archive and, if necessary, searching for them for the patient;
• Other functions-duties in accordance with the assignment of the immediate superior and clinic manager.

Main requirements:

• Higher education (students are also considered);
• Experience of working in a similar position in a medical institution is desirable;
• Knowledge of MS Office programs;
• Knowledge of English language is desirable.

Personal competencies and skills:

• Effective communication skills;
• Customer orientation;
• Observance of discipline, rules and procedures;
• Orientation to details.

Working Conditions:

• Place of work: Tbilisi (the preferred location of the candidate will be considered, in accordance with the location of the polyclinics);
• Work schedule: full (40 hours)/ half (20 hours);
• Remuneration: fixed + bonus (on average, full-time: 700-800 GEL; part-time: 350-450 GEL);
• Full time: - Monday - Friday (09:00-17:00/ 10:00-18:00/ 12:00-20:00) Saturday - 09:00-14:00);
• Half-time: - Monday-Friday (3/4 hours; Saturday 5 hours).
