Location: Tbilisi
Reports to: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and updating the dealer database and ensuring data accuracy.
- Preparing commercial proposals, invoices, tax invoices, and standard contracts.
- Monitoring payments and conducting daily monitoring of banking transactions.
- Processing orders and organizing logistics.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data entry into CRM systems.
- Managing documentation and maintaining an electronic archive.
The assistant will support one Sales Manager and be responsible for providing comprehensive operational support to the dealer network, including order processing, documentation, and payment management.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working with CRM systems will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Ability to handle documentation and data accurately and systematically.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
- Working proficiency in Russian.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently.
