Responsibilities
- Attract and engage potential customers by offering insurance products and services.
- Identify and clarify customers’ requirements and needs, recommend the most suitable insurance products and services, and explain product features and competitive advantages.
- Conclude insurance contracts with potential customers.
- Provide post-sales customer service.
- Plan and organize customer meetings when necessary.
- Achieve sales targets within the specified deadlines.
- Offer existing customers insurance package renewals and maintain their loyalty to the company.
- Conduct market research on sales channels, identify new opportunities, and provide recommendations.
Requirements
- Higher education.
- Previous sales experience.
