Sales Representative -SalesPipeline

Job description-Sales Representative 
 
Role Description:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines of our client relationships, helping fast-growing B2B companies generate new business opportunities and build a healthy, qualified sales pipeline. You’ll connect with prospects via cold calls, email outreach, social selling, and other outbound strategies to book meetings for our clients' sales teams.
This is a performance-driven role where your hustle, creativity, and persistence directly impact client growth  and your own earning potential.
 
English Language required  
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Inside Sales and Sales skills
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English
  • Lead Generation and Business Development skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Experience in sales or business development roles
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
 
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential clients using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g.Pipedrive), and outbound prospecting platforms.
  • Make outbound calls and emails daily to qualify leads.
  • Customize outreach messages to align with the prospect’s industry, role, and potential needs.
  • Understand the prospect’s pain points, business model, and buying intent.
  • Use qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP, MEDDIC) to assess fit.
  • Schedule meetings or product demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or senior sales team members.
  • Ensure smooth hand-off of leads, including detailed notes and context.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, activities, and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Provide insights from the field to help improve messaging, targeting, and product-market fit.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor positioning.
  • Regularly participate in sales training and coaching sessions.
