Location: Tbilisi, Georgia

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to research and identify new sports, wellness and fitness venues, analyze their needs, develop tailored approach strategies, and lead the process of contacting and negotiating with them to grow Fitpass’s partner network. The role also involves managing partnership terms and using customer insights to spot and secure new opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and reach out to new sport and fitness venues to negotiate partnership terms and onboard them to the Fitpass platform.

● Plan and execute joint marketing initiatives - collaborate with partners to promote their venues and highlight their benefits to Fitpass customers.

● Analyze usage data and market demand. Identify which types of activities and venues perform best, and target similar partners for future collaboration.

● Provide recommendations based on data insights to help partners optimize their offerings and increase engagement with Fitpass customers.

● Monitor industry trends - proactively suggest new types of fitness activities and venues to diversify Fitpass offerings.

● Prepare regular reports on partner performance, project results, and areas for growth.

 

Qualifications:

 ●Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving abilities.

● Strong negotiation skills.

● Prior experience in sales or marketing is a strong plus.

● Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

● Proficiency in English is required.

● Understanding/Interest of the fitness or sports industry is an advantage.

● Final-year students are also welcome to apply.
