Location: Tbilisi, 49/49B Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00

Compensation: Fixed salary of GEL 700 + monthly performance-based bonus
Average total monthly compensation: GEL 2,000+

Your Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and assisting them in selecting an appropriate repayment plan.
• Monitoring payments made by debtors (borrowers) according to their repayment schedules.
• Effectively managing the portfolio of overdue loans.
• Conducting negotiations and reaching agreements regarding repayment.
• Conducting visits to clients with overdue or problematic loans, when necessary.
• Organizing and monitoring the restructuring process.
• Preparing daily reports for management.
• Cooperating with legal authorities, enforcement officers, and other partners.
