Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the position of call center operator in one of the companies.

Main responsibilities:

• Higher education or graduate course students (preferably higher medical education - medicine, healthcare management);
• knowledge of the English language at a high level;
• Knowledge of office programs.

Main requirements:

• Answering incoming calls to the hotline of the consumer clinic according to standards;
• providing information to patients;
• Registration of patients with doctors.

Personal competencies and skills:

• Effective communication skills;
• fluent speech;
• Ability to effectively manage time;
• developed sense of responsibility;
• Team and individual work ability.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: shift schedule. At least three working days a week. 8, 9 and 12 hour work schedules;
• Salary: 5.50 GEL per hour (charged);
• Location: st. Tbilisi, Ortachala, Krtsanisi st. N12.
