Vacancy: SEO Team Lead

SixValues is a fast-growing B2B betting and gaming technology company that creates engaging experiences and partners with leading global brands. The company is currently seeking an SEO Team Lead to join its Marketing Operations department (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute SEO strategies tailored to multiple B2C online casino brands across global markets;

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap identification;

• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, site migrations, structured data, etc.);

• Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams (content, design, development, CRM, paid media);

• Monitor performance using SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Looker);

• Report SEO performance to senior leadership and recommend improvements;

• Ensure SEO compliance with regulatory requirements in iGaming markets;

• Develop strategies for multilingual and geo-targeted sites (hreflang, ccTLDs, subfolders).

Requirements:

• Proven SEO leadership experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or related industries;

• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and SERP optimization;

• Hands-on experience with major SEO tools and analytics platforms;

• 2–5 years of experience managing SEO teams or cross-functional projects;

• Strong communication and project management skills;

• Familiarity with regulated markets (UKGC, MGA, Curacao);

• Experience in affiliate SEO and SERP monetization methods.

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of server-side rendering, headless CMS, CDNs;

• Familiarity with AI tools for SEO and content productivity;

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
