Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring uninterrupted supply of medical and non-medical resources for clinics

Organizing and monitoring procurement operations while coordinating the procurement team

Planning processes in accordance with procurement schedules and managing documentation
-
Evaluating supplier performance upon project completions
-
Participating in the annual budgeting process
-
Preparing weekly and monthly procurement reports
-
Supporting the professional development of subordinate team members
-
Managing all procurement activities in strict compliance with ISO quality standards
Qualification Requirements:
-
Higher education degree
-
Minimum 3 years of work experience in procurement
-
Prior experience in the healthcare or medical sector is preferred
-
Proficiency in MS Office software (specifically MS Excel and MS Word)

Proficiency in the English language
-
Strong teamwork orientation and drive for continuous professional development
