Main responsibilities:

• Providing timely, qualified and comprehensive information on questions received on the company's social networks;
• Timely detection of problems in the chat of social networks;
• Listening to user's complaints and marking them, assigning the correct category to the problem;
• Responding to social media comments.

Main requirements:

• Higher education (or graduate student);
• Knowledge of the English language (considered an advantage);
• Knowledge of office programs (word, excel, power point).

Personal competencies and skills:

• Effective communication skills;
• ability to provide information correctly and quickly;
• Attention to detail.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Tbilisi, head office;
• Type of employment: full-time;
