Key Responsibilities
  • Classroom Management: Assisting the Lead Class Teacher in maintaining order, structure, and discipline within the classroom.
  • Student Safety: Partnering with the Lead Class Teacher to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students.
  • Activity Participation: Participating in and supporting school-planned educational and extracurricular activities.
  • Classroom Observation: Attending and assisting during assigned class sessions under teacher mentorship.
  • Positive Environment: Collaborating to foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom climate.
  • Student Support: Assisting in the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
  • Compliance: Adhering strictly to all school rules, safeguarding procedures, and institutional policies.
Qualification Requirements
  • Education: Current student or recent graduate (degrees in Education Sciences, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related fields preferred).
  • Motivation: Strong enthusiasm and genuine commitment to working with children.
  • Core Competencies: High sense of personal responsibility, positive attitude, and adaptability to learning.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with students, parents, and faculty.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Language Skills: Conversational proficiency in English.

Required Documentation (Upon Acceptance)
If selected for the internship, candidates must submit the following onboarding documents:
  1. Copy of Identification Card / Passport
  2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) / Resume
  3. Notarized copy of Diploma/Degree or an official Student Status Certificate (for active students)
  4. Passport-size photograph ($3 \times 4$ cm)
  5. Criminal record clearance certificate
  6. Sexual offense background check certificate
  7. Certificate regarding non-deprivation of rights
  8. Health certificate (Medical form)
  9. Two (2) professional or academic recommendation letters with contact details
