Junior and senior year students, MA students and graduates of the University of Georgia have an opportunity to apply for the intern position at one of the banks.

Main requirements:

·         Education is preferred in mathematics, physics, economics, business administration;

·         Basic knowledge of computer office programs (MS Word, MS Excel).

Required knowledge and skills:

·         Well-developed service and sales skills;

·         Well-developed written and verbal communication skills; The ability to persuade, to negotiate effectively;

·         Energy, motivation to achieve the goal, ability to work in a team;

·         Organized, ability to set work goals correctly and manage time effectively; Purposefulness, desire for development;

·         Ability to think logically and analytically.

·         Ability to work in a team;

·         Detail oriented, emotional balance, result orientation.

Additional details:

·         The selected candidates will participate in a one-month theoretical and practical training (city and region) on the following issues:

o   Attract new customers;

o   Presentation of bank credit and other banking products to customers;

o   Study / analysis of the financial condition of the customer, preparation of a loan application, submission to the committee;

o   Loan documentation and issuance;

o   Loan portfolio management;

o   Periodic reporting to management.

·         Flexible schedule for students;

·         Salary after successful completion of the internship is determined as follows: 150 GEL;
