Key Responsibilities
  • Vacancy Management: Processing incoming job vacancies from employer partners, maintaining and updating the job database, and distributing announcements to students.
  • Administrative & Event Support: Assisting in the coordination and administrative execution of career events, including job fairs and workshops.
  • Alumni Engagement: Maintaining regular communication with university alumni, researching successful career paths, and crafting alumni success stories.
  • Labor Market Research: Participating in ongoing labor market trend analysis and employability research.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
  • Education: Active university student or recent graduate.
  • Language Proficiency:
    • Native/fluent proficiency in Georgian.
    • Intermediate to upper-intermediate English skills (B2 level: verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills).
  • Technical & Soft Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
    • Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
    • High level of motivation, result orientation, and attention to detail.
    • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
