Working Conditions:
- Employment type: Full-time
- Internship duration: 6 months
- Location: 7 M. Machavariani Street, Tbilisi (office of the contracting company)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing legal documentation;
- Drafting contract agreements based on the information provided;
- Preparing acceptance and delivery acts, settlement agreements, amendments to contracts, and contract termination documents;
- Preparing draft responses to incoming letters within the scope of assigned responsibilities;
- Organizing, classifying, and registering legal documentation.
Qualification Requirements:
- Legal education — final-year students and/or graduates are welcome to apply;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
